2. Returning Non-Perishable Items
If you need to return non-perishable items, please send them back to us at:

Include your name, address, signature, and the date you're returning the order. Products must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent protective material to avoid damage during shipping.

3. Cancelling Non-Perishable Items
To cancel a non-perishable item, please email us at online@eatenalive.co.uk, and we’ll arrange the return.

4. Care of Products
While items are in your possession, it's your responsibility to take reasonable care of them and ensure they remain in saleable condition.

5. Storage Instructions
It is the customer's responsibility to keep all chilled products refrigerated as indicated on the label of each jar and on each product page under the “Storage” dropdown. Improper storage may affect product quality and refund eligibility.

6. Refunds for Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item (e.g. broken or opened jars), we will refund the purchase price once damage is confirmed. Please take a photo of the item and email it to online@eatenalive.co.uk, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
