2. Returns for bottled sauces

We accept returns for bottled sauces only where the item is unused, unopened, and the seal remains fully intact. Items must also be returned in their original packaging, or equivalent protective packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

3. Chilled products

Due to the perishable nature of our chilled products, we do not accept returns of chilled items unless they are damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

All chilled products must be refrigerated immediately on delivery in accordance with the storage instructions shown on the label and product page. We cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from products not being stored correctly after delivery.

4. Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel an order, please email online@eatenalive.co.uk as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it.
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible for chilled products. Eligible bottled sauces may still be returned in line with this policy, provided they are unopened and the seal remains intact.

5. Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email online@eatenalive.co.uk with:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once we have reviewed and confirmed the issue, we will arrange an appropriate refund or replacement where applicable.

6. Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
